Thank you for supporting Muslims in Construction (MIC).
This policy explains how refunds, returns and exchanges are handled for event tickets and merchandise purchased through our website.
Event Tickets
All ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Muslims in Construction.
Additional non-In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email, and full refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Tickets are transferable, if you can no longer attend, you may pass your ticket to another guest by emailing info@muslimsinconstruction.uk with the new attendee’s full name and email address.
Merchandise
Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
- Personalised or customised products.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us at info@muslimsinconstruction.uk.
Exchanges
If you haven’t We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@muslimsinconstruction.uk with details and images of the issue.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email info@muslimsinconstruction.uk for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
